Nakashimaya Futamomochi
I like this pairing of a vintage Shino tokkuri with a Bizen ware guinomi from Nakamura Kazuki @kazuki.bizen.
I'm breaking in this Bizen ware shuki set tonight. Both pieces are by Koyama Atsuko, and show off her distinct approach to the traditional Bizen look. And they're both so tiny and cute!
Back in Bizen ware land today, visiting ceramic artist Koyama Atsuko in Inbe. She does these really fascinating twists and bends in her tokkuri, along with great expressions of common Bizenyaki character.
I so rarely get to sit on my own sofa.
