Jim Rion is an American in Japan. He’s lived in Yamaguchi prefecture since 2004, and now has a house a stone’s throw from the Seto Inland Sea. He lives with his wife, son, and enormous cat.
He is a freelance translator and writer working primarily in the tourism, sake, and entertainment fields. His book, Discovering Yamaguchi Sake, is out now.
